Refund Policy

At EduClub, we strive to provide our students with the best possible educational experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where students may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our courses and programs.


1. General Terms

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for courses where fees have been paid in advance. Refund requests must be made within the specific time frames outlined below and are subject to verification by EduClub.

1.2 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration Fees: Registration or enrollment fees paid at the time of course admission are non-refundable.
  • Processing Fees: Any fees related to administrative or processing charges are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund
A full refund of the course fee may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made before the commencement of the course.
  • The course is canceled or postponed by EduClub due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Partial Refund
A partial refund of the course fee may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The student withdraws from the course within 7 days after the course start date. In such cases, 50% of the course fee may be refunded.

2.3 No Refund
No refund will be provided under the following conditions:

  • The student withdraws from the course after 7 days from the course start date.
  • The student has completed or accessed a significant portion of the course materials.
  • The student is found to have violated any of the terms and conditions or code of conduct.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, students must submit a formal refund request via email to refunds@educlub.in. The request should include:

  • Student's full name
  • Course name
  • Payment receipt or proof of payment
  • Reason for refund

3.2 Processing Time
Once a refund request is received, EduClub will verify the request and process eligible refunds within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the original payment method used for the course registration.


4. Course Cancellation by EduClub

If EduClub cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons beyond our control, students will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund of the course fee.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or family emergencies, EduClub may consider refund requests made after the standard refund period. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.


6. Refunds for Online Courses

For online courses, the same refund eligibility criteria apply. However, if a student has accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refund will be granted, even if the request is made within the eligible time frame.
